Unaccompanied minor

An Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) service is available for children traveling alone. If your child, aged 5 to 12, will travel alone, please get in touch with our booking office to reserve a seat and arrange the UMNR service.

Our staff will accompany your child at the departure and arrival airports.

Please note that regular airfares apply for children aged 5 to 12 (child and student fares are not applicable). In this case, the UMNR service is provided free of charge.

A ticket has been issued under the Adult Fair UMNR category, which an airline representative will complete at the airport.

The child's parents or legal guardian must fill out this form.

A regular fare ticket is available for children aged 12 to 18; however, a student fare cannot be applied in this case. The UMNR (Unaccompanied Minor) service is not provided for this age group. Upon arrival at the destination airport, our staff will accompany your child throughout all border formalities and the arrival process. It will release your child to the care of the nominated person or transfer airline staff.

When applying for the UMNR service, please provide our staff with your child's passport information and citizenship details. At check-in, contact our airport representative to complete the declaration form stating the person authorized to collect your child at the destination airport. After check-in, our staff will accompany your child to the aircraft, where our cabin crew will look after them throughout the flight.

Please do not leave the airport until after the aircraft has departed.

Upon arrival at the destination airport, our staff will assist your child throughout all border formalities and the arrival process. We will only release your child to the care of the designated person or transfer airline staff. The person collecting your child at the destination airport must present a valid identification document to our team.

If the person you have designated to pick up your child does not arrive at the destination airport, we will prioritize safety by returning your child to the departure airport. In this situation, you will be responsible for all additional costs, including the return ticket, meals, accommodation, and other related expenses.
